We were founded by John Pretak in 1960, who became partners with Ray Billows upon opening the firm. John's son-in-law, Lee Pagones took sole possession of the business in 1994. The firm spread into a second location, Hudson Insurance Agency, to bring business to a larger community of individuals in need.
